This Indenture, Made this twenty first day of May in the
year of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy
Seven between Albert S. Gatschet late of the City of New York, now
of Washington City, in the District of Columbia, unmarried of the
first part, and Fredrick S. Dillenbaugh of Said City of Washing-
ton in the District of Columbia of the Second part:
Witnesseth, That Said party of the first part, for and in Consid-
eration of the Sum of Ten Dollars in lawful money of the
United States, to him in hand paid by the Said party of the
second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hath gran-
ted, bargained, Sold, aliened, enfeoffed, released, and Conveyed,
and doth by these presents, grant, bargain Sell, alien, enfeoff, release,
and Convey unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs and
assigns, forever, the following described real estate Situate in
the County of Alachua in the State of Florida, to wit: all that
Certain lot, tract or parcel of land Situate lying and being, accor-
ding to the United States Land Survey, in the Section Thirty Six
(36) Township Eight (8) South of Range Twenty one (21) East in
Said County of Alachua and State of Florida, this section ma-
king part of what is called Bloomingdale Colony, and Said
lot known and described on the printed map of Said Colony
as lot number thirty two (32) Containing five acres more or
less, and bounded, according to said map, Easterly by the
right of way of the South Florida Railroad, Southerly by lot
number thirty Six (36), Wisterly by West Railroad Avenue
and Northerly by lot number Eighteen (18),
together with all the improvements, ways, easements, rights, priv-
ileges, appurtenances and hereditaments to the Same belonging, or
in any wise appurtaining  and all the remainders, reversions
rents, issues and profits thereof: and all the estate, right, title,
interest, and claim, whatsoever, either at Law or in Equity,
the said party of the first part of, in, and to, the Said piece
or parcel of land and premises.
To Have and to Hold the said piece or parcel of land and
premises, with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the
second part his heirs and assigns, to his and their Sole use
benefit and behoof forever.
And the Said Albert S. Gatschet for his heirs, executors,
and administrators, doth hereby Covenant, promise, and agree
to and with the said party of the Second part his heirs and
assigns that he the Said party of the first part and his heirs
Shall and will warrant and forever defend the Said piece or
parcel of ground and premises and appurtenances, unto
the Said party of the second part his heirs and assigns, from
and against the claims of all persons claiming or to claim
the Same or any part thereof, by, from, under or through
him the said Albert S. Gatschet.
And further that he the Said party of the first part and
his heirs Shall and will at any and at all times hereafter
