upon the request and at the Cost of the Said party of the
Second part his heirs or assigns, make execute, deliver and
acknowledge all such other deeds or deed, or other assurance
in law, for the more Certain and effectual Conveyance of the
Said piece or parcel of land and premises and appurtenances
unto the Said party of the Second part his heirs or assigns as the
Said party of the Second his heirs or assigns, or his Counsel
learned in the law Shall advise desire or require.
In Testimony Whereof, the Said party of the first part hath
hereunto Set his hand and Seal on the day and year first
hereinafter before written.

Two hundred & twenty Dollars paid to me by J.M. Kitler of the

Kitler his heirs and assigns a certain track or parcel of
Lands with the Bildings thereon and all the privileges and appur-
tenances to the Same belonging Situated in Said County and

South West Quarter of Section (5) NE Quarter of NW Quarter
of S Nº8 T9 R22 Containing 8 acres 97.100
to have and to hold the above granted premises to the
Said J.M. Kitlar his heirs and assigns to his and their
use and behoof forever, and I the Said Henry Adams
