for myself my heirs executors and administrators do covenant
with the Said J.M. Kitlar his heirs and assigns that I am
lawfully Seized in fee Simple of the above granted premises
that they are free from all cumbrances that I have good
right to Sell and convey the Same to the Said J.M. Kitlar
his heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid and that I will
and my heirs executors and administrators Shall warrant
and defend the Same to the Said J.M. Kitlar his heirs
and assigns forever as aforesaid against the lawful claims
of of all persons
In Witness Whereof I the Said Henry Adams and I Martha
Adams the wife of the Said Henry Adams in token of my
release of all right and title of or to dower in the Granted
premises have hereunto Set our hands and Seals this the
18 day of August one thousand Eight hundred and

Alachua County   } Be it remembered that on the 18 day of 
August in the year of Lord one thousand Eight hundred
and Fifty Seven before the Subscriber a Justice of the Peace
in and for said County personally came Henry Adams and
Martha his wife and Severally acknowledged that they
had Signed the foregoing mentioned Deed for the uses and
purposes therein mentioned and the Said Martha Adams
on a private examination apart from her Said husband ac-
knowledged that She executed the within deed freely volun-
tary without fears of or from her said husband,
And I Certify that the persons who made the Said acknowl-
edgment as well known to me to be the individuals described
in and who executed the within deed

This Indenture made and entered into this the 19th day
of March in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hun
dred and Sixty between Elias Earle of the State of Florida and
County of Alachua of the first part and Joseph M. Kitler of
the same State and County aforesaid of the Second part
Witneseth that the Said party of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of one hundred dollars
lawful money of the United States to him in hand paid
by the Said party of the Second part the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged hath given granted aliened
bargained Sold transferred and do by these presents
give grant alien bargain Sell transfer and Convey unto
