the Said party of the Second part all that lot of land known
and described as follows, viz: the Lot 15, on Section 15
in township 9, South of Range 22 East Containing
forty acres more or less to have and to hold the above
described premises together with all and Singular the rights
and privileges immunities easements and appurtenances
thereunto belonging and to his heirs as their absolute property
in fee Simple forever. And the Said party of the first part
for himself and his heirs administrators executors and assigns
do covenant and agree that they are Seized of a good and
indefeasable fee Simple to the above premises and that
they have a good right to convey the Same as they have
Conveyed the Same free and discharged of all incum-
brances and liens of any and every nature and description
and that the Said party of the Second part his heirs and
Assigns Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the above
described premises against all persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming the Same Shall and will "Warrant"
and by these presents forever "defend }"

"And this indenture further witnesseth," That Mary
L. Earle wife of the Said Elias Earle making herself
a party with her said husband to this Conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her right of Dower in and to the above
granted premises for and in Consideration of the Sum
of one hundred dollars to him in hand paid at or before
the execution of these presents the receipt whereof is here-
by acknowledged hath granted bargained Sold relin-
quished renounced and forever released and by
these presents doth grant bargain Sell relinquish re-
nounce and forever release unto the Said Joseph M. Kitler
his heirs executors administrators and assigns all her est-
ate title property dower or right of dower in and to the
Said above described and granted lot of land and appur-
tenances to have and to hold the Same, freely and fully
and discharged of all further and future claim of or by
her the Said Mary S. Earle or her heirs or representatives unto
the Said Joseph M. Kitler his heirs and assigns forever.
In witness whereof the party to these presents has hereunto
interchangably Set her hand and Seal the day and year
first above written
