Alachua County   } This memorandum of agree
ment made and entered into this Fourth day of January
AD 1876 between Benjamin Mills, of the first part and
                 & Jas H. Harrison
Dr M.B. Harrison in their own right and as executors
of Dr James Harrison deceased of the State of South
Carolina and County of Greenville of the Second part,
Witnesseth, That the Said party of the first part for
and in Consideration of the premises hereinafter men-
tioned both agreed and by these presents doth agree
to plant out in Orange trees, and Cultivate twenty (20)
Acres of land belonging to and owned by the Said
party of the Second part, Situated on what is known
as the "Lake Field" on lot number Seven (7) of the
Moses E. Levy Grant the Said Orange trees to be
      one half           & the other half in rows thirty feet apart    
planted in rows twenty five feet apart (Rows running
each way
at right angles with each other) the Said planting to be
completed within Five (5) years from the first of Jan-
uary AD 1876, at the End of which time the Said party
of the first part agrees to deliver to the Said party of
the Second part the aforesaid twenty (20) acres of land
