the County of Alachua in the State of Florida designated
upon a map or plat of the Leitner Lands as they are popularly
known as Lot No Seven (7) said map or plat having
been made and drawn by Wm C. Miller the Same being
Situated in Lot or Section No Nine (9) of the Moses E.
Levy Grant as the Same is Subdivided and designated upon
the well known maps of what is known as The "Arredondo
Grant" made by Burr and Washington Containing Forty
(40) Acres more or less. To have and to hold the Same to him
the Said Henry E. Pardee his heirs Executors administrators
and assigns in fee Simple forever
    In Witness Whereof we have hereunto Set our hands
and affixed our Seals on this the Fourteenth Day of July AD

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 19th day of April
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Seven between McKeen Carlton, James T. Thomas, Columbus
J. Morrison, Hugh A. Morrison and Joseph McCarroll
Heirs at law of Daniel Morrison decd; of the first part
and Washington Morrison of the Second part all of the
State and County aforesaid.
           Witnesseth: that for and in Con-
sideration of the Sum of one hundred and fifty
