dollars to them in hand paid, at and before the Sealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, the Said parties of the first part,
have given, granted, bargained, sold, conveyed, and
delivered and by these presents do give, grant, bargain
sell convey and deliver unto the said party of the Sec-
ond part the following named and described property, to
wit: The South East Quarter, of the North East Quarter of
Section thirty five township ten, Range twenty two East
Containing forty acres Lying and being Situate in the
State and County aforesaid.
To have and to hold the above described property, together
with all and Singular the improvements, tenements and
appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in anywise appertaining
unto the Said party of the Second part and to his heirs and
assigns in fee Simple forever. And that we our heirs
Executors and Administrators shall forever warrant
and defend the said property to the Said party of the
Second part his heirs executors administrators and
assigns.
