Tha I, David Black of the City of Vicksburg, in the
County of Warren and State of Miss have made, Consti-
tuted, and appointed, and by these presents do make,
Constitue and appoint Thomas C. Ellis of the town of
Gainesville, in the County of Alachua and State of Fla my
true and lawful attorney or agent for me and in My
name, place, and Stead, to Sell and Convey, to any person
or persons, and on such terms as he Shall think proper,
and to my best interests, the following described real estate
Situate, lying and being in the County of Alachua and State
of Florida aforesaid to wit: The South half of the South
West Quarter and the South West Quarter of the North West
Quarter of Section Nine, Township ten range twenty two
South and East, Containing 119 71/100 acres, Also the North
half of the South West Quarter of Section Nine, Township
ten South of Range twenty two East Containing 79 80/100
Acres giving and granting unto my Said attorney full
power and Authority to do and perform all and every
act and thing whatsoever, requisite and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and
purposes as I might or could do, if personally present
with full power of Substitution and revocation; hereby
ratifying and Confirming all that my Said Attorney
or his Substitute Shall lawfully do, or cause to be done,
by virtue hereof.
