I Thomas C. Ellis of the aforesaid County and State as
Attorney in fact for David Black of Vicksburg in the State
of Mississippi under and by virtue of the Power of
Attorney hereunto annexed dated the 22nd day of June
AD 1875, for and in Consideration of the Sum of Six
hundred Hundred Dollars to me well Secured to be paid
by J.J. Moore of Said State and County have granted,
bargained sold and Conveyed: And by these presents do
grant bargain sell and convey unto him the Said J.J.
Moore all that Certain piece parcel of tract of land
Situated lying, and being in Alachua County in the State
of Florida particularly described as follows, to wit: The
South half of the South West Quarter and the South West
Quarter of the North West Quarter, and the North half
of the South West Quarter of Section nine (9) in township
ten (10) South of Range twenty two (22) East Containing
one hundred and ninety nine 51/100 acres of land more or
less =
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertain-
ing
To Have and to Hold Same unto him the Said J.J.
Moore and to his heirs, executors administrators and assigns
in fee Simple absolute forever
