and assigns Shall quietly and peaceably enjoy the
above described premises against all persons whatsoever
lawfully claiming under him as Trustee aforesaid.
And that he and his Successor or Successors will at
any and at all times make such further Covenant,
Conveyances, and assurances at the expense of the
Said party of the Second part, as he the Said party
of the Second part, his heirs or assigns, or Counsel
learned in the law may require.

Alachua County } This Indenture made this October 23rd 1877,
between Henry J. Pouncey of Said State & County of the first part
and Hannah Pouncey of the State and County aforesaid party
of the Second part, Witnesseth: that the Said party of the first
part for and in Consideration of the love and effection which
he has for his beloved wife Hannah Pouncey & also the further
consideration of one dollar to him in hand paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, do by these presents
give grant bargain & Sell unto Hannah Pouncey all my
right title & interest in and to a certain piece or parcel of
land known as a part of the public domain and en-
tered by him as a homestead Settler on the day of
AD 1874 Containing Forty acres acres more or
less together with all my personal property of every character
