Hannah Pouncey for and during her natural life or
until she (which may God forbid) part from me in marriage
or I be forced to part from her that then and in either Case
the said Property Shall revert to the Said party of the first
part or in case of his death then to his Children

Alachua County   } This Indenture made the 15th day of
February AD 1876 between Mrs Harriet A. Boring of
the County and State aforesaid party of the first part
and Mrs Margaret L. Beckham of the Said County and
State aforesaid of the Second part
Witnesseth that the Said party of the first part for
and in Consideration of two Hundred dollars to her
in hand paid by the Said party of the second part
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath given
granted bargained Sold and by these presents do
give grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the Said
party of the Second part and her heirs and assigns for-
ever all those Certain lots known and described on the
the Map of the town of Waldo as lots (3) three and (4) four
Block (16) Sixteen lying in the town of Waldo in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida, To have and
to hold the above described lots with all appertenances
thereunto belonging unto the Said party of the Second
part her heirs and assigns as their absolute property in
