fee Simple forever forever and the Said party of the
first part for herself and for all others Claiming through
or by her do Covenant and agree that she is Seized of
a fee simple title to the above lots and that they are
free from all encumbrances of any nature and des-
cription and that the Said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns shall quietly and peaceably enjoy
the within described premises against all persons

This Indenture made the        day of August in the

Seven, Between Martha F. Moss of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part, and Ella F. Bryan
of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part,
