Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents that
I, P.M. Oliver of the aforesaid County and State am
held and firmly bound unto R.M. Reynolds of the
State of Minesota in the Sum of Seven hundred and
Eighty Seven 50/100 Dollars lawful money of the United
States for the payment whereof well and truly to be
made I do hereby bind myself, my heirs, executors
& Administrators and assigns firmly by these presents=

The Condition of this obligation in Such that Whereas the
above named R.M. Reynolds has this day purchased from
me the Said P.M. Oliver the following described piece or parcel
of land lying being and Situated in Alachua County in
the State of Florida to wit: Commencing at the South West
Corner of the North West Quarter of the Section Twenty two (22)
in township (10) ten South of range Twenty (20) East, thence
North four hundred and forty (440) yards, thence East
Three hundred and fifty (350) yards, thence South Four
hundred and forty (440) yards thence West Three hun-
dred and fifty (350) yards to the place of beginning, Con-
taining Thirty one (31) acres more or less and whereas the
