Said R.M. Reynolds has this day paid me the Sum
of Three hundred Dollars in Cash, (the receipt Whereof I
do hereby acknowledge) as part of the purchase money
for the above described piece or parcel of land, and
has obligated himself to me to pay the further Sum of
Two hundred dollars on or before the 16th day of November
AD 1877, And upon the delivery of the deed from me to Said
land to execute to me a Mortgage on said land and
a note for the further Sum of Two hundred and Eighty-
Seven 50/100 Dollars payable twelve months after the date thereof
with interest from the date thereof Now if the Said R.M.
Reynolds shall and will well and truly perform and do
the things hereinbefore expressed as already agreed by
him to be done, then I the said P.M. Oliver will, upon the
payment of the Said Sum of Two hundred dollars on
November 16th AD 1877, make execute and deliver to the
Said R.M. Reynolds good, perfect, free and unencumbered
title deeds to Said parcel of ground above described, upon
delivery of which said title deeds this instrument becomes
null and void, otherwise the Same remains in full force
and virtue if the Said R.M. Reynolds complies with the
payments and acts hereinbefore expressed as by him
agreed to be performed.
