And by these presents doth grant bargain Sell
Convey and deliver unto the Said James R. Terrell
his heirs and assigns all the following described
lot or parcel of land lying and being in the County
aforesaid and known as the South East Quarter
of South West Quarter of Section four in Township
ten* South of Range twenty two East Containing thirty
nine acres and ninety four hundredths to have and to hold
the Said before descried premises together with all
the rights and appurtenances thereunto belonging to
him the Said James R. Terrell his heirs and assigns
forever in fee Simple and the Said John McTerrill
for himself his heirs executors administrators will
forever warrant and defend the right and title there-
unto against the Claims of all Persons thatever

This Indenture Made the 20th day of October in the
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy
Seven, between B.F. Millard and Catherin A. Millard his
wife of the County of Alachua and State of Florida parties
of the first part, and Elizabeth A. Bracy of the State
and County aforesaid party of the Second part, Witnesseth:
That the said parties of the first part, for and in Cosid-
eration of the sum of Fifty Dollars lawful Money of
the United States of America, to them in hand paid
by the Said party of the Second part, at or before the enseal-
ing and delivery of these presents,the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged, have granted, bargained, Sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed, and Confirmed, and by these
presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise, release, Con-
vey, and, Confirm, unto the Said party of the Second
part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all the following
described piece or parcel of Land known and described
as follows that is to Say: Commencing at a point Forty Eight
and Sixty one one hundredths (48.61) chains East of the North
West Corner of Section Eighteen (18) township ten Range
