of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part and
John R. Bevill of Said County and State party of the Second
part = Witnesseth: the Said party of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of fifty ----- Dollars in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bar-
gained Sold and Conveyed and by these presents do bargain,
Sell grant and Convey unto the Said party of the Second part
his heirs and assigns, all that tract, piece or parcel of Land
lying and being Situated in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida and a part of the "Arredondo Grant" and
known in Said Grant as a part of Section twenty five (25)
