viz: Beginning at a Stake, Four hundred and twenty (420)
feet weet from the South East Corner of the North East Quarter
of Section twenty five 25 township (9). Range 18. running North
Six hundred and thirty (630) feet Thence West Eight hun-
dred and forty feet to a stake. Thence South Six hundred and
thirty (630) feet to a stake. Thence East Eight hundred and
forty (840) to the place of beginning Containing Twelve
acres more or less. To Have and to Hold the above described
premises with All the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appurtaining And the Said party of the first
part do hereby Covenant and agree with the Said party of
the Second part that at the time of delivery hereof the Said
party of the first part was the lawful owner of the premises
above described and granted and Seized thereof in fee Simple
absolute. And that he will warrant and defend the above
premises in the quiet and peaceable possession of the
