thirty acres of land to consist of the above mentioned
twenty (20) acres and ten (10) other acres, Provided always
that the said party of the first part Shall faithfully per-
form his part of this agreement
And the Said party of the Second part further agree and
bind themselves at the end of the above mentioned term
of five years, and in Consideration of the faithful perform-
ance of this agreement by the Said party of the first part
to make or cause to be made to the said party of the first
part good and Sufficient titles to Forty acres of land the
Said Forty acres to be Situated in the NW Corner of lot
No Seven (7) M.E. Levy Grant & to extend from the "Merry Place"
on the west to within thirty (30) yards of the lands to be deeded
to Knox

This Indenture, made the First day of November
in the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Seventy Seven, between William Dixon Lewis of the
first part, and Sarah R. Barnes of the Second part,
