           Barnes of Boston in the County of Suffolk and Com-
           monwealth of Massachusetts in Consideration of
           One Dollar paid by Sarah R. Barnes, wife of Louis
           A. Barnes of Gainesville, in the County of Alachua and
           State of Florida the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled-
           ged, do hereby, remise, release, and forever Quit claim unto
           the Said Sarah R. Barnes her heirs and assigns, forever,
           the following described lots of land, with the buildings
           thereon, lying in Said Alachua County and the Articles of
           personal property hereinafter enumerated.

           four mules: one wagon, This personal property being located
           on part of the above premises, All being the Same property
           Conveyed to me by deed from Louis A. Barnes, Sheriff of Alachua
           County aforesaid, as Such dated December 6th AD 1875 and
           recorded with Alachua Deeds, Libro "J" Folio 668
           To have and to hold the granted premises, with all the priv-
           ileges and appurtenances thereto belonging to the Said Sarah
           R. Barnes and her heirs and assigns, to their own use and
           behoof forever.
           And I do hereby, for myself and my heirs, executors
           and administrators Covenant with the Said Grantee and
           her heirs and assigns that the granted premises are free
           from all incumbrances made or suffered by me and
