                  To All whom it may concern, Be it known that on
this 1st day of Nov AD 1877 personally appeared before me, a Notary Public
of the State of Florida, the above named Sarah R. Barnes to me well Known
as the wife of Louis A. Barnes and as one of the persons described in and
who executed the foregoing Deed of conveyance, who being at the time
Separate and apart from her husband the said Louis A. Barnes, did
then and there make and execute the foregoing acknowledgement,
her name being with her own hand subscribed, and Seal affixed in
my presence.

                   Know all men by these presence that I Wm D. Lewis for and
in consideration of the sum of six hundred and fifty dollars to me in hand paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged (as will more fully appear by note for
the same) I do grant bargain and sell to Walter S. Land all my right title and
interest in my entire stock of horses (consisting of one sorrel Gelding, one
Stallion, one Two year old mule or thereabout and one Mare) and Cattle about 60
head Branded LO and afterwards Branded DL and marked upper square in
each ear and underbit in each Ear to have and to hold unto the said W.S. Land
his heirs and assigns forever. The conditions of said obligations are such
that whenever the said Wm D. Lewis shall have paid to the said Walter
S. Land Six hundred and fifty Dollars that this obligation shall be void
otherwise to remain in full force and virtue this July 24th 1877
