Suwannee County  } Know all men by these presents the we S. Oni
Mizell and her husband A. Warren Mizell of said State and County
for and in consideration of the sum of Sixteen Hundred Dollars to me the
said S. Oni Mizell, (formerly before marriage S. Oni Heath) in hand
paid at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents by
Nancy E. Varnum the receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, have
granted, bargained, sold and conveyed: and by these presents do 
grant, bargain sell and convey unto her the said Nancy E.
Varnum all my right title and interest at Law or in Equity,
or otherwise whatsoever, of, in, and to that certain Lot, piece
or parcel of land lying and being situated in the Town of
Gainesville in the County of Alachua in the State of
Florida on the West side of the Court House Square in
said Town of Gainesville particularly known and described upon
the maps and plats of the original Survey of said Town of
Gainesville as Lot one (1) in Block Two (2) in Range Three (3)
of said Town of Gainesville - measuring and containing a front
running North and South of Sixty (60) feet and a depth
running East and West of One hundred and ninety seven (197) feet =
Togather with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining
To have and to hold the same to her the said Nancy E. Varnum
and to her heirs, executors, and administrators and assigns in
fee simple absolute forever, And I the said S. Oni Mizell and
my husband the said A. Warren Mizell for ourselves our heirs,
executors and administrators do hereby covenant and with the
Said Nancy E. Varnum that I the Said S. Oni Mizell am lawfully
Seized in fee of the premises hereby conveyed by virtue of my
being an heir at Law of Washington R. Heath late of Alachua County,
Florida decd and by conveyances otherwise, that we have good
right to sell and convey said property, that the same is free and
unencumbered, and that we will and our heirs, executors and
administrators Shall and will warrant and defend the same to her
the Said Nancy E. Varnum and to her heirs executors administrators
and Assigns against the lawful claims and demands of any
