Suwannee County  } wife of A. Warren Mizell who being first duly
                   questioned and examined by me separate and apart
from her said husband says and acknowledges before me that she did
execute the foregoing deed of conveyance of her separate property freely
and voluntarily and without any compulsion, constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband

conveyance for the uses and purposes as therein contained and expressed
and that he togather with George Dowling signed the same as
subscribing witnesses thereto

This Indenture, made this the Sixth day of November in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Seventy seven between Wilburn Lassiter (Widower)
of the County of Alachua and State of Florida party of the first part, and W.B.
Brumleve of County of Jefferson and State of Kentucky party of the second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first, for and in consideration of the sum
of Two Hundred dollars to him in hand paid by the said party of the second part,
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged, has bargained, sold, released, granted, conveyed and confirmed, and by
these presents does bargain, sell, release, grant, convey, and confirm, unto the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain tract piece
or parcel of land lying and being situated in the State of Florida and County
of Alachua - the same being a part of the "Thos Napier Grant" and particularly
