 1877   This Indenture, Made this the Twenty ninth day of October in the Year of our
        Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy seven between James W. Duren
        and Eliza Duren his wife and Harvey Simmons Elizabeth Simmons his wife
        of the County of Columbia and State of Florida parties of the first part and
        Mary E. Furman of Alachua County State of Florida party of the second part.
        Witnesseth, That the said parties of the first, for and in consideration of the
        Sum of One hundred and fifty ($150) dollars to them in hand paid by
        the said party of the second part, at and before the ensealing and delivery of
        these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have bargained, Sold,
        released, granted, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents do bargain
        sell, release, grant, convey, and confirm, unto the said party of the second
        part her heirs and assigns, forever, all that certain piece or parcel of land
        in Alachua County Florida, Situate and lying in the North West corner of
        section seven (7) Township nine (9) South Range twenty one (21) East and
        bounded as follows, viz= commencing at the Northwest corner of said
        Section seven (7) and running, East along along the North line of Said
        Section seven (7) twenty chains to a stake; thence South parallel
        with the west line of said section seven (7) forty chains to a Stake;
        thence west twenty chains and twenty five links to a stake, on the
        west line of said section seven (7) and thence North forty four chains
        forty one hundredth (84.40) acres. Togather with all and singular the
        tenements, hereditaments, and appurtenances, thereunto belonging or in anywise
        appertaining, and all the estate right title, interest property, possession, claim
        and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as in Equity, of the said parties of the
        first part, in and to the above described premises, and every part and
        parcel thereof: To have and to Hold, The above granted, bargained
        and described premises, with the appurtenances, unto the said party of the
        second part, her heirs and assigns, to her and their own proper use, benefit and
        behoof forever. And the said parties of the first part for their heirs executors and
        administrators, do hereby covenant with the said party of the second part her heirs
        and assigns, that at the time of the delivery hereof the said parties of the first
        part were the lawful owners of the premises above granted and seized thereof
        in fee simple absolute; that they are free from all encumbrances; that the
        said parties of the first part have good right to sell and convey the same
        to the said party of the second part as aforesaid, and that the said parties
        of the first part their heirs, executors, and administrators, the above described
        and hereby granted and conveyed premises, and every part and parcel thereof
        with the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part her heirs and
        assigns, against the said parties of the first part and their heirs, and against
