give grant bargain sell and convey unto the said Kesiah Jones
her heirs and assigns a certain tract or parcel of Land with the buildings thereon
and all the privalidges and appurtenances to the same belonging Situated
in the County and State aforesaid bounded and described as follows to wit
the North East Quarter of the South West Quarter and the South West Quarter of the
South East Quarter of Section (16) Sixteen in Township (8) Eight South of
Range (21) Twenty one East Containing (80) Eighty acres to have and
to hold the above granted premises to the Said Kesiah Jones her
heirs and assigns to hers and their use and behoof for ever and I the
said Roland Thomas for myself my heirs Executors and administrators do covenant
with the Said Kesiah Jones her heirs and assigns that I am Lawfully
Seized in fee simple of the above granted premises that they are free
from all incumbrances that I have good right to sell and convey the Same to the
Said Kesiah Jones her heirs and assigns forever as aforesaid and that I will
for myself my heirs Executors and administrators Shall and will warrant
and defend the same unto the Said Kesiah Jones her heirs and assigns
for ever against the lawful Claims and demands of all Persons, In
Witness Whereof I here unto set my hand and Seal this the 5 day
October A.D. 1878                                 his

                      Know all men by these presents that I Elizabeth Thomas
wife of the said Roland Thomas grantor of the foregoing Deed for the
consideration of the Premises in said Deed recited do hereby Renounce
relinquish and forever quit claim unto Kesiah Jones all my Dower and
right of Dower in and to the said Deed mentioned and I do declare
that the above Renunciation and Relinquishment was made freely and
voluntarily on my part without any compulsion apprehension or fear
of or from my said husband Roland Thomas, in witness whereof I have
hereunto set my hand and seal this the 5th day of October A.D. 1867

County of Alachua }  County personally came Elizabeth Thomas who being examined by
me separately and apart from her said husband declares the above renunciation
of dower to the within mentioned Deed was made freely and voluntarily on her part
without any compulsion apprehension or fear from her said husband Roland
Thomas, in testimony whereof I have hereunto set my hand and Seal
this the 5th day of October 1867
