County of Alachua } Know all men by these presents that we James D.
Matheson and James T. McMillan both of the State & County, aforesaid as trustees
for creditors of the Estate of John W. Anderson de'cd for and in consideration
of the sum of Three Hundred & Eight ($30800) Dolls, to us as such trustees 
in hand paid the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge, have granted
bargained, sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell &
convey unto Harper Howland of the State of New York and County of Broome
the following described lands which we hold for sale as trustees for certain
Judgment creditors of the estate of said John W. Anderson de'cd to Wit:
all that certain piece parcel, or tract of Land, Situated lying and being in the County
of Alachua and State of Florida designated upon a map or Plat of the Leitner
Lands as they are popularly known as lot No (62) Sixty two Said Map or
Plat having been drawn and made by W.C. Miller the same being situated in 
Lot or Section No Eight (8) of the Moses E. Levy Grant as the same is
Subdivided and designated upon the well known maps of the Arredondo
Grant made by Bur & Washington containing Forty (40) (including
(Land and water} acres more or less.
To have and to hold the same to him the Said Harper Howland his heirs
executors administrators and assigns in fee Simple forever.
In Witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our Seals
on this 9th day of November AD 1877
