AD 1877 between Louis A. Barnes of Said State and County & Saml V.
Gaskins of the Same State & County, Witnesseth that the Said L.A.
Barnes for & in Consideration of Fifty Dollars to him in hand
paid, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged do hereby give
grant bargain and Sell unto Samuel V. Gaskins of Said State & County
all that Certain piece or parcel of land lying and being in Said State &
County & known & described as follows: - The SW1/4 of the SW1/4 of
Section 26 and the W1/2 of the NW1/4 of Section 35, in township
Ten S Range 20 E, The NW1/4 of the NW1/4 of Section 9, in town-
ship ten (10) South of Range 22E, Together with all and Singular
the tenements & appurtenances to the Same belonging.
To have and to hold the Said premises above mentioned, unto the
Said Saml V. Gaskins his heirs executors or administrators
forever. And I Sarah R. Barnes wife of the Said L.A. Barnes for
the Consideration aforesaid do hereby release relinquish &
quit Claim unto the Said Saml V. Gaskins all my dower in
and to the lands herein Conveyed
