Alachua County       } This Indenture made on the
Twelth day of September in the year of our Lord one
thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven Between
John J. Robbins and his wife M.E. Robbins of the
Village of Micanopy County of Alachua & State afore-
Said of the first part and Simon H. Benjamin of the
Village of Micanopy and State & County aforesaid of
the Second part, Witnesseth for and in Consideration
of the Sum of Six hundred to him in hand paid
at and before the Sealing and delivery hereof the
