Township No eleven South, of Range No twenty East of the
Arredondo Grant, and containing one acre more or less
To have and to hold the above granted premises with all
and Singular the appurtenances and all the estate title
and interest of the parties of the first part hath therein or to
the Same in anywise appertaining or belonging unto to Said
Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns in fee
Simple forever and the Said parties of the first part doth
hereby Covenant and agree with the Said party of the
Second part that at the time of the delivery of these
presents the Said parties of the first part are the
lawfull owners of the premises above granted that they
will and his heirs executors and administrators
Shall warrant and defend the Same in quiet and
peaceable possession of the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns forever
In Witness Whereof the Said parties of the first
hath hereunto Set their hands and affixe their seals
this 12th day of September AD 1877

of my own free will and accord without any fear
apprehension or Compulsion of or from my Said
husband, In testimony Whereof I have hereunto Set
my hand and affixed my Seal this 12th day of
