State of Florida } This Indenture made and entered into this the
Alachua County } first day of September AD 1877, between Julia
Cessna & W.K. Cessna her husband Annie L. Barton & D.W.L. Barton
her husband & Franklin Johnson & Sarah S. Johnson his
wife parties of the first part all of the County & State aforesaid
And F.B. Moody party of the Second part of the City of Louisville
State of Kentucky
Witnesseth That the Said parties of the first part for and in
Consideration of the Sum of Four hundred and Forty four
dollars to them in hand paid the receipt of which is here-
by acknowledged do hereby bargain, Sell Confirm and Convey
unto the said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
their Individual Several and Collective interest in and
to the real estate herein below described - Situate and lying
in Section Fifteen (15) Township Ten (10) South Range nineteen
(19) East and particularly described as follows viz=
Commencing on the South Side of the AG & WIT Rail
Road at the South West Corner of the lot of land owned
by Charlotte Williams and runing thence North twenty two
25/100 chains to a Stake, thence West Nineteen 75/100 chains to a Stake
thence South Eighteen 75/100 Chains to a Stake thench North Sixty
degrees East Seven 85/100 chains to a Stake; thence South thirty
degrees East Six 45/100 chains to a Stake thence North Sixty
degrees East four 24/100 chains to a Stake thence South thirty
degrees East Seven 31/100 Chains to a Stake on the South line
of Said Section Fifteen (15) And about a half Chain
from the South East Corner of Said aforesaid Section:
thence North Sixty degrees East two 70/100 Chains to the
point of begining Containing thirty Seven Acres more
or less
Together with all and Singular the tenements hereditam-
ents and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining, the Said Julia Cessna & W.K. Cessna Convey-
ing one third part (1/3) and Annie L. Barton & D.W.L. Barton
one sixth part (1/6) and the Said Franklin Johnson & Sarah
S. Johnson one third part (1/3) as also all the estate right
title interest dower & right of dower Separate estate prop-
erty possession claim and demand whatsoever, as well
in law as in equity of the Said parties of the first part
of in and to the Same and every part and parcel
thereof with all the appurtenances
To Have and to hold the above granted bargained and
Conveyed premises with the appurtenances unto the
Said party of the second part his heirs and assigns
to his and their own proper use benefit and behoof
forever.
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves
and their heirs executors & administrators do Covenant
promise and agree with the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns that the Said parties of the
