First Part were at the time of the execution of these presents
lawfully Seized in fee Simple of a good and absolute estate
of inheritance in and to the Said described and Conveyed
premises and that they had good right to sell the Same
with the appurtenances thereto belonging in Manner & form
aforesaid.
And the Said parties of the first part for themselves
according to their Several interests and their heirs the above
described and hereby granted and Conveyed premises and
every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances unto
the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns
against all and every person or persons whomsoever
lawfully claiming or to claim the Same Shall and will
forever warrant and defend according to the tenor
of these presents

a Justice of the Peace Sarah S. Johnson wife of Franklin
Johnson who upon examination by me had and held
Separate and apart from her Said husband, acknowl-
edged that she executed the foregoing deed of Con-
veyance for the purpose of relinquishing her dower
& right of Dower in and to the lands described in Said
deed and that such execution was he free and volun-
tary act uncontrolled by any fear or Compulsion Con-
Straint or fear of or from her Said husband
