This Indenture, Made this the First day of September in the
year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
between Agnes M. Miller and C.R. Miller her husband of the
County of Hudson and State of New Jersey parties of the first
part, and F. Berian Moody of the City of Louisville State of
Kentucky party of the Second part.
Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first part, for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Seventy Four ($74) dollars to them
in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part, at and
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the receipt
whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargained, Sold released,
granted, Conveyed and Confirmed and by these presents do bargain
Sell, release, grant, Convey and Confirm unto the Said party
of the Second part, his heirs and assigns, forever, all that
Certain piece or parcel of land hereinbelow described Situate
and lying in Section fifteen (15) Township ten (10) South of Range
Nineteen (19) East and particularly described as follows
that is to Say, = Commencing on the South Side of the A.G. & W.I.
T. Railroad at the South West Corner of the lot of land owned by
Charlotte Williams and running thence North twenty two 25/100
Chains to a Stake: thence West Nineteen 75/100 Chains to a Stake:
thence South Eighteen 75/100 Chains to a Stake: thence North
Sixty degrees East Seven Chains and eighty five links to a Stake:
thence South thirty degrees East Six 45/100 Chains to a Stake;
thence North Sixty degrees East four 24/100 Chains to a Stake;
thence South thirty degrees East Seven 31/100 Chains to a Stake; on
the South line of Said Section fifteen (15) And about a half
Chain from the South East Corner of Said aforesaid Section
And thence North Sixty degrees East two Chains and Seventy links
to the point of beginning = Containing thirty Seven Acres more or less,
The lands herein described are located in Alachua County
State of Florida
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise apper-
taining, and all the estate, right title, interest, property, poss-
ession, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in Law as
in Equity, of the Said parties of the first part, in and to the
above described premises, and Every part and parcel thereof:
To Have and to Hold the above granted, bargained and described
premises, with the appurtenances unto the Said party of the
Second part, his heirs and assigns, to his and their own proper
use benefit and behoof forever, And the Said parties of the
first part, for their heirs executors and administrators, do hereby
covenant with the Said party of the second part, his heirs and assigns,
that at the time of the delivery hereof the Said parties of the first
part were the lawful owners of the premises above granted and
Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute; that they are free from
all incumbrances; that the Said parties of the first part have
good right to Sell and Convey the Same to the Said party of the
Second part as aforesaid, and that the Said parties of the
