And I have first made known to them the Contents thereof
they Severally did acknowledge that they Signed Sealed
and delivered the Same as their voluntary act and deed

apart from her said husband did further acknowledge

This Indenture, Made the 14th day of December in the year
of Our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Seventy Seven
Between Roberta Tillis and Thomas Tillis her Husband of the
aforesaid County and State, viz- Levy County State of Florida
of the first part and James M. Sparkman of the Second
part, Witnesseth, that the Said parties of the first part for and
in Consideration of the Sum of Five Hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the Said party of the second part, at or
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargain-
ed, Sold, aliened remised released Conveyed and Confirmed
