This Indenture made the Seventh day of November
Anno Domini Eighteen hundred and Seventy Seven between
Joseph J. Tillis and his wife Catharine A. Tillis County
of Alachua and State of Florida parties of the first
part, and Robert Kite of the County of Alachua and the
State of Florida party of the Second part: Witnesseth, That
the said parties of the first part, for and in Consideration
of One thousand Dollars to them in hand paid by the
Said party of the Second part, the receipt Whereof is hereby
Acknowledged, hath given, granted, aliened, bargained
Sold, transferred and do by these presents give, grant, alien Sell
bargain, transfer and Convey unto the Said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns, forever all that
Certain Lot, Tract or Parcel of land, Situate lying and
being in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida
and known and described on the Public map of Said
State as the North half of lot four and the South West
quarter of the North West Quarter of Section Thirty two
in township Seven, South of Range twenty one East: N 1/2
of Lot No 4 and SW1/4 of NW1/4 S22 T7, S of R21 E,
Containing Eighty (80) acres more or less,
Together with all and Singular the tenements, heredi
taments and appurtenances thereunto belonging: and
Also all the estate, right, title, interest, dower and right
of Dower, property Claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the Said parties of the
first part of in and to the Same, with the appurtenances
thereto.
To Have and to Hold the above described premises
