Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
this the fourth day of December AD one thousand eight
hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Green R. Moore of the
town of Archer County of Alachua, and State of Florida party
of the first part and William Williams of the Same place
County and State aforesaid party of the Second part
Witnesseth that the party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the Sum of One hundred Dollars in good and lawful
Currency of the United States to him in hand paid the re-
Ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has this day bargained
Sold and delivered and by these presents doth bargain
Sell deliver and Convey, unto the party of the Second
part his heirs executors and administrators in fee Simple
forever the following described land to wit
The South East Quarter of the South East Quarter of
Section twenty Eight Range Eighteen Township Eleven
Containing forty acres - Known as the Gay land,
to have and to hold the Said described land unto the Said
party of the Second part his heirs executors administrators
and assigns forever
In Witness Whereof the party of the first part in Connection
with his wife Catherine Moore have hereunto affixed their
hands and Seals this the fourth day of December AD 1877
