This Indenture, made the 12th day of No-
vember in the year of our Lord one thousand
Eight hundred and Seventy Seven, Between Mrs
Ida C. Linley in her own right and F.W. Linley her
husband of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part, and W.W. Carpenter of the County
of Alachua and of the State of Florida of the
Second part,
          Witnesseth, that the Said parties of the
first part, for and in Consideration of the Sum of
One Dollar (and other valuable considerations) Dollars,
lawful money of the United States of America to
them in hand paid by the said party of the Sec-
ond part, at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents, the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, hath granted, bargained, Sold, aliened
remised, released, conveyed, and Confirmed, and
by these presents do grant, bargain, Sell, alien, remise
release, Convey and Confirm unto the Said party of the
second part and his heirs and assigns, forever all
that fraction of land lying and being in the County
of Alachua And State of Florida described as
                          of the SE 1/4 of SW 1/4
follows: To wit: Commencing^of section twenty three Town-
ship Eight South of Range twenty one East: And run-
ning East on the South line of said Section to the half
mile post: thirteen hundred and twenty feet (1320 ft)
thence North Four hundred and forty feet (440 ft)
thence North 75° West Eleven hundred and Seventy
five feet (1175 ft) thence Southerly to the place of
begining all lying and being in the SE 1/4 of the
SW 1/4 of Sec 23 T,8 S of R21 E, Containing
twelve acres more or less
Together with all and Singular the Land tenem-
ents, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belong-
ing or in anywise appertaining, and the reversion
and reversions, remainder and remainders, rents,
issues and profits thereof, And also all the estate
right title, interest, dower and right of dower,
