This Indenture, made this the Nineteenth day of July in the
year of Our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven
between Annie L. Barton and D.W.L. Barton her husband
who joins in this deed for the purpose of approving the ac-
tion of his Said wife in the premises of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida parties of the first part, and Charles P.
Perry of the Same County and State party of the Second
part,
Witnesseth, That the Said parties of the first, for and in
Consideration of the Sum of one hundred ($100.) dollars,
to them in hand paid by the Said party of the Second part,
at and before the ensealing and delivery of these presents,
the receipt of whereof is hereby acknowledged, have
bargained, Sold, released, granted, Conveyed and confirmed,
And by these presents do bargain, Sell, release, grant, convey,
and confirm, unto the Said party of the Second part, his heirs
and assigns, forever, all that Certain piece or parcel of land
                           fifteen and 
Situate and lying in Section^twenty two (22), township ten (10)
South, Range nineteen East and particularly described as
Block two (2) of the Survey of the town of Orange City now
Called Garden City bounded on the South by the A.G. & W.I.T.
Companys Rail Road, on west by Block one (1) owned by
Franklin Johnson on the North by Block Five (5) owned
by Cessna, Barton & Johnson and on the East by Block
three (3) owned by Julia Cessna with a Sixty foot Street inter-
running containing four acres more or less.
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments,
and appurtenances thereunto belonging, or in any wise apper-
taining, and all the estate, right title, interest, property, possess-
ion, claim and demand whatsoever, as well in law as in Equity,
of the Said parties of the first part, in and to the above des-
cribed premises, and every part and parcel thereof:
To have and to hold The above granted, bargained and
described premises, with the appurtenances unto the
Said party of the Second part, his heirs and assigns,
to his and their own proper use benefit, and behoof
forever, And the Said parties of the first part for their
heirs executors and administrators do hereby Covenant
with the Said party of the Second part his heirs and assigns,
that at the time of delivery hereof the Said parties of
the first part were the lawful owners of the premises
above granted, and Seized thereof in fee Simple absolute,
that they are free from all encumbrances; that the Said parties
of the first part have good right to sell and Convey the
Same to the Said party of the second part as aforesaid, and
that the Said parties of the first part their heirs, executors
and administrators, the above described and hereby granted
and conveyed premises, and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances, unto the Said party of the Second
part his heirs and assigns, against the said parties of the
