and Conveyed, and by these presents do grant bargain,
Sell and Convey unto the Said Nuton A. Callison his
heirs and assigns forever all that Certain tract piece or
parcel of land Situate lying and being in the County of Alach-
ua State of Florida more particularly described as follows to
wit Block One (1) of Range Four (4) and Block one (1) of Range
Five (5) Comprising two lots each two hundred (200) feet Square, All
in section Thirty three (33) township Nine (9) Range twenty (20) South
& East. Reference to may recorded will more fully Show
Together with all and Singular the tenements, hereditaments
rights and privileges thereunto appertaining or belonging
To have and to hold the within granted and described
premises unto the Said Nuton A. Callison his heirs and
assigns forever And the Said Hue C. Eddins for himself
his heirs executors and administrators does Covenant and
agree with the Said Nuton A. Callison that he is lawfully
Seized in fee Simple of the afore granted premises and that
he is free from all incumbrances And that he has a good
right to sell and Convey the Same to the Said Nuton A. Callison
his heirs and assigns as aforesaid; And that the Said Hue 
C. Eddins for himself his heirs executors and adminis-
trators Shall and will warrant and defend the above mention-
ed and described premises against the lawful claims and
demands of any and all persons whatsoever.
