And first made acquainted with the Contents thereof
            by me, on a private examination
            Separate and apart from her husband,
            further acknowledged that she execu-

            any fear Compulsion or constraint

Alachua County   } Whereas I Louis A. Barnes as Sheriff
of Alachua County Florida under and by virtue of a
decree of Foreclosure of Mortgage rendered in the Circuit
Court of Alachua County in the 5th Judicial Circuit of
Florida in Chancery A.S. Matheson J.D. Matheson, E.W.
Haile and Charles E. Haile were Complainants and
Alexander Matheson was defendant, was commanded
and required under said Decree to levy upon and Sell
the specific lands hereinafter described to satisfy said
Decree of Foreclosure and whereas under writ by vir-
tue of said decree I did as such Sheriff duly levy upon
the said lands as they are hereinafter described and did
duly advertise the Same for Sale under said decree in
the Alachua Citizen an official News Paper published
in said County of Alachua, on Monday the first day
of November A.D. 1875 before the Court house door in
the town of Gainesville Fla - and whereas I did as
Such Sheriff on said 1st day of November A.D. 1875
under said decree Sell the said land at public out-
cry before said Court House Door during the legal
hours of Sale: and whereas at Said Sale Elise
W. Haile became the purchaser of Said land
as they are hereinafter described at and for the
