Sum of Seven hundred and forty seven dollars that being
the highest and last Sum bid for the same at said Sale
and she being the bidder thereof = Now therefore = Know
all men by these presents that I the said Louis A.
Barnes as such Sheriff as aforesaid for and in con-
sideration of the said sum of seven Hundred and
forty seven Dollars to me as such Sheriff cash in
hand on this day paid by said Elise W. Haile the
receipt whereof I do hereby acknowledge, and under
and by virtue of the authority in me vested as Such
Sheriff under said decree, have granted bargained
sold and conveyed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell and convey unto her the said Elise
W. Haile the following described property, the same
being the property that I was commanded under
said decree to sell and which I did sell to wit:
All those Certain pieces or parcels of land Situated
lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida, beginning at a Stake on the East-
ern boundary of the town of Gainesville and running
East Two Hundred and twenty (220) yards to a Stake
thence North four hundred and forty four (444) yards
to a Stake, thence West to the said boundary of
the town of Gainesville to a Stake, thence South
along said eastern boundary to the point of beginning
containing ten (10) acres more or less lying and being
in Section four (4) Township ten (10) Range Twenty
(20) Arredondo Grant known as lots two (2) and
three (3) East Gainesville
Together with all and singular the tenements hered-
itaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining -
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Elise
W. Haile and to her heirs, executors administrators
and assigns in fee simple absolute forever as fully
as I the said Sheriff under and by virtue of said
decree of foreclosure and the levy and sale made
thereunder might could or ought to sell and Convey
the same
In Witness Whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my Seal in this 2nd day of November A.D. 1875
