law to the Said Willett S. Main as such assignee an
assignment of all the Estate and Effects real and
personal of which the Said Bankrupt was possessed
or in which it was interested, on the Said 7th day of
October AD 1873, and among the property of Said
Bankrupt the real estate hereinafter described
Now Therefore, I the Said Willett S. Main assignee in
Bankruptcy of the Bank of Madison, party of the first
part, in Consideration of the Sum of Five thousand one
hundred and Sixty one Dollars to me as Such assignee
duly paid do hereby bargain, Sell grant and Convey to
Joseph Mackey & John W. Hudson parties of the Second
part and to their heirs and assigns the following real
estate Situated in the County of Alachua State of Florida
to wit: All that Certain tract or parcel of land Situate lying
and being in the County of Alachua State of Florida
and designated and described as follows to wit:
First that certain tract or parcel of land lying within the
boundaries of the Arredonda Grant and bounded on
the North by lands formerly owned by Duncan L. Clinch and
John Y. Gary, On the East by Section twenty nine; On the
South by Section thirty one: formerly owned by B.A. Putnam
and also by Section thirty six in the said last men-
tioned grant and on the West by the lands formerly
owned by George I.F. Clarke, The said Tract of land lying
and being in township ten South of Ranges Nineteen
and twenty containing Fifteen hundred acres
being the same tract or parcel of land which was
Conveyed to Edward Haile by deed of Jacob Walburg and
Benjamin A. Putnam administrators of John W. McIntosh Jr
bearing date May 1st 1854 and duly recorded in the
Clerks office of the County of Alachua at Newnansville
on the 7th day of February 1855, in Book No 3 pages 32,
33, 34 & 35: and also by deed of Catherine A. Sadler
bearing date May 1st 1854 and duly recorded in the
Clerks Office at Newnansville County of Alachua in
Book 3, pages 42, 43 & 44 February 16th 1855, and also
by deed from G.W. Clinch, H.A. Clinch, G.H. McIntosh J.C.
Gibbs guardian, and Sedonia F. Salvador all of
which said deeds Convey different interests in the said
property and are duly recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the said County of Alachua and are hereby referred
to for greater assurance and certainty in description
of said property and being the Same tract or parcel
of land heretofore Conveyed by Said Edward Haile
to Asahel G. Darwin and thereafter Conveyed by
Said Asahel G. Darwin and Kate V. Darwin his wife
to the Said party of the first part as Such assignee:
And also Secondly that Certain tract or parcel of land
lying and being in the Said County of Alachua
