And described as follows to wit: as fractional parts
of section Numbers twenty Six and twenty Seven
of township ten South of Range Nineteen East
being embraced in the John Y. Geary tract and
bounded on the North by Sections numbered twenty
two and twenty three on the south and West by
lands formerly belonging to William Colson
and on the south and East by lands formerly
belonging to one George I.F. Clarke containing
seventy four and ninety four hundredths (74 94/100) acres
being the premises conveyed to Said Edward Haile
by deed from Phillip Dell, executor of the last
will and testament of Bennett M. Dell bearing
date April 6th 1859 and thereafter Conveyed
by said Edward Haile to Asahel G. Darwin and by
Said Asahel G. Darwin and Kate V. Darwin his wife
thereafter conveyed to the party of the first part as
such assignee
And all those Certain tracts or parcels of land lying
and being in the County of Alachua and State of Florida
and part of the grant Known as the Arredonda Grant
The first of which is described as follows, One hun-
dred and four acres out of and parellel from
a tract Known and designated as the George
I.F. Clarke Spanish Government grant lying in
Range Nineteen Township ten which Said original tract
Contained five hundred acres and the one hundred
and four acres herein intended to be conveyed being
a parcel or slip off the North Easterly part thereof ex
tending from the South Easterly Corner of the whole
tract to the North Westerly Corner thereof and embra-
cing the said North Westerly Corner the residue or
balance of Three hundred and ninety Six acres
of said five hundred acre tract having been Convey-
ed by Edward Haile to Watson Porter and DeWarren
L. Barton by deed bearing date the day of July
1869
And also that Certain other tract or parcel of land
in said County and State designated and described
as follows forty acres of land being part of Section
twenty five Range nineteen, township ten bounded
and South
on the west^by lands belonging to Porter & Barton
on the North by lands belonging to L.J. Patterson
and Edward Haile and on the East by lands hereto-
fore belonging to Edward Haile and being the same
tract or parcel of land which was conveyed to Ed-
ward Haile by Watson Porter and DeWarren L. Barton by
deed bearing date July 27th 1869. And duly recorded
in the County Clerks office in the Said County of
Alachua in Book H pages 33 & 34 on the 10th
