of August 1869 together with the appurtenances
and all the right title and interest of the said party of
the first part therein as such assignee, and all the
right title and interest of the said Bank of Madison
therein To Have and to Hold the Same unto the Said
Joseph Mackey & John W. Hudson their heirs and

This Indenture made and entered into this 19th day of
November 1877, between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson and
Frances W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson (who join in this deed
for the purpose of renouncing and relinquishing their right
of Dower to the premises hereinafter conveyed) of the first part
and Sarena E. Miller of the Second part. Witnesseth that the Said
parties of the first part for and in Consideration of the Sum of
fifty Dollars to them paid the receipt whereof is hereby ac-
knowledged, have granted bargained and Sold and by these pres-
ents do grant bargain Sell and convey to the party of the Second
part all that tract or parcel of land known and described on
the map of Voyles Survey of 1876 as lots 5 & 6 Block 2 Range 2
of an eastern addition to the town of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida.
To Have and to Hold to the Said party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns with the rights and appurtenances thereto
belonging, And the title to the Same the parties of the first
part to the party of the Second part her heirs and assigns
