they renounced and relinquished all their right of Dower
in and to the premises Conveyed in the foregoing Deed made
by them and James Doig and Wm H. Robertson to Serena E.
Miller and dated the 19th day of November 1877 freely and
voluntarily and without any Compulsion, Constraint apprehend-
sion or fear of or from their husbands; and also appeared
before me James Doig and Frances W. Doig and Wm H. Robertson
and Margaret E. Robertson and acknowledged that they had
executed the said deed for the purposes therein Stated

of November AD 1877 between Sarah Cantey Williams of the
first part and John Witherspoon Williams of the Second part
Witnesseth that the said party of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the sum of Five hundred dollars to her paid by the
party of the second part, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowl-
edged, doth by these presents grant Sell and Convey unto the
party of the Second part her heirs and assigns all and Singular
all those several tracts or parcels of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua, State of Florida and now particularly
known and described on the Maps and public Surveys
of said State as Section Twenty five (S25) containing Six
hundred and thirty two (632 \96) acres more or less - also Sec-
tion Thirty five (S35) Containing Six hundred and forty one (641\48)
