Section Thirty three (S33) Township Eleven South, (T11 S) Range Eighteen East
(R18 E) Containing Two hundred and Eighty (280\63) acres more or less
Also in the town of Archer County and State aforesaid Lots one (1) and
two (2) in Block three (3) Lots three and eight (3) & (8) in Block Seven (7)
And lots one (1) two (2) three (3) four (4) and five (5) in Block fourteen
(14), Also the whole of Block thirteen (or so much as there may be)
in the town of Waldo State and County aforesaid.
To have and to hold the above described premises together with all
and Singular the rights and privileges immunities Easements
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
ing unto the Said party of the Second part and his heirs in fee
Simple forever, excepting however from the above lots in the town
of Archer the Several lots Sold by me to different persons and
the parcel or tract of land deeded to S.F. Halliday in County and
State aforesaid being the SW1/4 of NW1/4 of Sec 33 T11, R18, And
the first party of the first part doth bind herself her heirs, execu-
tors administrators and assigns against the claims of all persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming the Same or any part thereof.
