to its original surveyed limits, thence running East Two Hundred and
twenty (220) yards to a Stake, Thence North Two Hundred and
twenty two (222) yards to a Stake Thence West Two Hundred and
twenty 220 yards to the said Eastern boundary line of said
Town of Gainesville, thence South along said Eastern boundary line
Two Hundred and twenty two (222) yards to the place of beginning
containing Five (5) acres more or less the same being the lot
of land upon which the said Augusta S. Matheson and her
husband James D. Matheson now reside the same being on the 
East side of what is Known as "Sweet Water Branch" in Section Four
(4) of Township Ten (10) South Range Twenty (20) East in the Arredondo
Grant Together with all and singular the tenements, hereditaments and
appurtenances to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining =
To Have and to Hold the same unto her the said Augusta S. Matheson
and to her heirs, executors, administrators and assigns in fee simple
absolute forever In witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands
and affixed our seals on this 19th day of Decbr A.D. 1877

foregoing deed of conveyance of her separate property freely and voluntarily
and without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear of or from
her said husband
