& Mary R. Green to me well known as the persons described in and who
executed the foregoing Deed of Conveyance, and acknowledged that they
executed the same for the purposes therein expressed: whereupon it is
prayed that the same may be recorded.

This Indenture, made the     day of December in the year of our Lord one thousand
eight hundred and Seventy Seven between Thomas Little of the City of Gainesville
in Alachua County and State of Florida party of the first part, and Dafny
Little of the same place of the second part, Witnesseth, that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum of One thousand Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America, to him in hand paid by the said party
of the second part, at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents, the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has granted bargained, sold, aliened,
remised, released, conveyed and confirmed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, remise, release, convey, and confirm unto the said party
of the second part, and her heirs and assigns forever, all that Lot parcel or
piece of land Described as follows to wit: Situated in the City of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua and the State of Florida, that is to say the Boundaries
of said lot piece or parcel of land conveyed by these presents is thus ascertained
to wit: Starting at the center of the Court House in the City of Gainesville
and runing from thence due east one hundred and sixty five feet to the center
of a Street: thence South along the Center of said Street Six hundred and
Sixty five feet to the center of another Street: thence east two hundred
and Sixty five feet to the center of another Street: thence South along the
the center of said Street, Nine hundred and twenty nine feet: thence
west twenty feet to the west side of said street: thence South across
a Street thirty feet to a point at which the property conveyed by these
presents commences to be bounded: that is to say: runing thence South
two hundred feet to a Street: thence West two hundred feet: thence North
two hundred feet: thence East two hundred feet to the place of Beginning
             Together with all and Singular the land tenements
hereditaments, and appurtenances there to belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and remainders, rents, issues
and profits thereof: And also all the estate right, title interest property
