Alachua County   } Before me P.H. Young a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally came Ola Matheson to me personally
known the Wife of Wm C. Matheson who being by me examined Separate=
ly and apart from her husband acknowledged that she executed
the foregoing deed of her separate property to John C. Eastman
freely and voluntarily and without any compulsion constraint
apprehension or fear of or from her Said husband

Sworn Says that he Saw Ola Matheson and Wm C. Matheson her husband
Sign Seal and deliver the foregoing deed of conveyance for the uses and
purposes there in contained and expressed and that he and John S.
Twomey in the presence of each other Signed the Same as Subscribing
witnesses thereto

This Indenture made and entered into this 30th day of
April AD 1877 between James Doig and Wm H. Robertson and
their wives Frances W. Doig and Margaret E. Robertson (who join
in this deed for the purpose of renouncing and relinquish-
ing their right of Dower to the premises hereinafter Conveyed
of the first part and Nancy H. Dukes of the Second part
Witnesseth that the parties of the first part for and in consid-
eration of the Sum of Twenty five dollars to them paid the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, have granted bargained
and Sold and by these presents do grant bargain and Sell
and convey unto the party of the Second part all that Certain
tract or parcel of land known and described in a map of
Voyles Survey of 1865 as Lot 8 Block 2 Range 1 of an East-
ern addition to the town of Gainesville in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida.
                      To have and to hold to the Said party of
the Second part her heirs and assigns, with the rights and
appurtenances thereto belonging, and the title to the Same
the parties of the first part to the party of the Second part her
heirs and assigns Shall and will forever warrant and defend
by these presents
