Now Know Ye, That there is granted by the United States unto 
the Said Tillman Gordon the tract of land above described: To 
have and to hold, the Said tract of land, with the appurten-
ances thereof, unto the said Tillman Gordon and to his 
heirs and assigns forever.

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into
this the Seventeenth day of September AD 1877, (one
thousand Eight hundred and Seventy Seven) between J.L.
Shuford and his wife Mary E. of the County of Alachua
and State Florida of the first part and J.H. Robuck
of the County and State aforesaid of the Second part,
Witnesseth that the Said parties of the first part for and 
in Consideration of the Sum of Three hundred dollars
to them paid in hand by the Said party of the Second
part at and before the sealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
hath bargained and Sold and by these presents doth
grant bargain Sell and Convey unto the party of the Sec-
ond part his heirs and assigns forever all that tract of
land lying Situated and being in the County of Alachua
and State aforesaid known as the SE 1/4 of the NE 1/4, NE 1/4
of the SE 1/4 and the S West 1/4 of the NE 1/4 of Section #11
Township #8, Range 19 Containing one hundred and
twenty acres more or less to have and to hold the above
described lands with all the appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in any wise appertaining to the Said party of the Sec-
ond part their heirs assignees forever in fee and Simple
In Witness Whereof the parties of the first part have here-
unto Set their hands and Seal the day and year first written
