Deed, who being at the time Separate and apart from her husband

the foregoing acknowledgment her name being with her own
hand Subscribed and her Seal affixed in my presence

Dixon Lewis of said County for and in Consideration of Three hundred
and Seventy five dollars to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged do give grant bargain Sell and Convey unto
Walter S. Land of Said County and State aforesaid Fifteen Acres of
Land Situated and described as follows:- Starting from a double
Gum tree on the North East Side of a Small Sink North Fifty degrees

thirty feet (630 ft) to a live Oak Stake thence South Thirty five
