degrees (35°) Thirty minnets (30') West one thousand and
thirty Seven (1037 ft) to a live oak Stake thence South fifty
four degrees thirty minnets East (S54° 30'E) Six hundred and
thirty feet (630 ft) to a double gum tree the point of begin-
ning: the Said parcel of land lying and being in the State of 
Florida County of Alachua I Sell with all privileges and
appertenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain-
ing to have and to hold the above granted premises to the
Said Walter S. Land his Executors administrators and assigns
forever in fee Simple.
And I the Said William Dixon Lewis my heirs Executors
and administrators and assigns Shall and do Warrant
and defend the Same to the Said Walter S. Land his heirs
executors administrators and assigns against the lawful
claims of all persons and demands of all persons whom-
soever
       In testimony whereof the Said William Dixon Lewis
have hereunto Set my hand and Seal this the 30th day of Novem

Alachua County   } This Indenture made and entered into on the 5th day of
November AD 1877 between Samuel C. Tucker Sheriff of the County of Alachua
and State of Florida of the first part and Jessee H. Goss and J. Kennard
of said County and State parties of the second part Witnesseth: That whereas
I the said S.C. Tucker Sheriff as aforesaid under and by virtue of an
execution issued out of the Circuit Court of said County in favor of
John H. Inabuett and wife and others against Jacob Stroble
Phillip Dell and others and to me as such Sheriff directed and
delivered I did levy upon and Seize the property hereinafter
described as the property of Phillip Dell one of the Defendants in the
above entitled cause and did duly and legally advertise the
Said property for Sale on Monday the 5th day of November AD 1877
